Common questions
How do I sign in?
Open the app and enter your email. We'll send a 6-digit code to your inbox. Enter it and you're in. There's no password to remember.
My sign-in code didn't arrive
- Check spam/junk — sometimes Apple Mail and Gmail filter one-time codes aggressively.
- Wait 30 seconds, then tap "Resend code" in the app.
- Double-check the email address you typed.
- Still nothing after 5 minutes? Email support@evolvjournal.app and we'll dig in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. You'll be
asked to confirm by typing DELETE. When you confirm,
we remove your account and all your data — journal entries, photos,
routines — within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email us
and we'll process the deletion manually.
Where are my photos stored?
Your photos live in your private storage area on Supabase, our database and storage provider. They are visible only to you, protected by row-level security. They are not shared with other users, used for advertising, or analyzed by any AI system.
Can I use Evolv Journal on iPad?
Not in v1.0 — Evolv Journal is iPhone-only for now. iPad support is on the roadmap. If you'd like to vote it up, email us with "iPad" in the subject.

I found a bug

- What you were doing when it happened
- The version + build number from Settings → About
- Your iPhone model and iOS version if you know them
- A screenshot or screen recording if relevant
